Nicholas has been a coach and facilitator in Hong Kong since graduating from the University of Sydney with a Master in Organisational Coaching in 2010. He has been coaching, co-creating and facilitating workshops for various clients including major power, telecom, transportation, and hospitality enterprises, industrial multinationals, as well as various government agencies, on team effectiveness, personal leadership, inter-generational communication, presentation skills, coaching skills, customer service, and change management.
