Starting his career as a resident architect in San Francisco, Andrew had shifted his career focus to Hong Kong Police Force as an Inspector upon returning to Hong Kong. He then began to design and facilitate inspector recruitment preparation program, which he has trained more than 500 candidates. He later furthered his facilitation in multiple local universities, specializing in leadership, team development, change management and crisis management.
