Back to work, I could see changes among the group. In the past, people only talked to each other for job-related topics during office hours. Right now, I can see people beginning to organize casual gatherings and have lunch or dinner together after office hours. On day-to-day basis, people do feel more opened and more comfortable to express and exchange their viewpoints.
