Cindy is strongly motivated by her ability to influence others in their development as a leader and a professional. Cindy has more than 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in particular the talent management division, and has worked with professionals from all around the globe. She was appointed to open the Hyatt Learning Centre at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK).
Being an experienced facilitator and hotelier, she engages the audience with her spontaneous approach and story-telling technique. Cindy could also stimulate challenging conversation among the participants in order to enhance the learning outcome of the program. As a licensed facilitator of several executive leadership programs, Cindy delivers leadership training programs to senior executives. Her rich experience has enabled her to be an executive coach who understands the needs of senior levels in their leadership and management style.
